Certification to the Register of the name chosen by the society does not match any existing.
- Income and Capital Certificate Required
Banking institution must deposit the amount of Social Capital and obtain certification of the amount disbursed. - Writing Articles of incorporation and signed
Must carry notary statutes social and personal data of the founding partners, to sign the Deed of Constitution.
- Request Identification Code (CIF)
- Liquidation of ITP and AJD
Once the deed has been paid to the tax on inheritance and Documented Legal Acts, which records the establishment of a society.
- Presentation of Scripture in the Mercantile Register
Presented in the Book Trade Register, the company already has legal personality.
- Legalization of Events Books & Partners
The proceedings include all the agreements that are made at general meetings.
The book will consist of members transmissions of shares / interests of society.
- Register IAE
Local tax levied on business activities and exercise professionals.
- Register in the Census and NIF's final request
- Enrollment in the SS
- For discharging employee members
